These terms govern orders placed with Pizza King. Placeholder copy — replace with text reviewed for your jurisdiction before taking live orders.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and item availability. Prices are shown in Rs and include applicable taxes. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery times are estimates and depend on distance, weather and kitchen load. Delivery is only available inside our published zones. For pickup orders, please collect within 30 minutes of the ready notification.
Payment
Cash on delivery is accepted on all orders. Card and wallet payments are handled by a third-party processor; we do not store card details on our servers.
Cancellations and refunds
Orders may be cancelled before the kitchen begins preparation. Once preparation starts an order cannot be cancelled. If an item arrives incorrect or unfit, contact us on 091-5812493 the same day and we will replace or refund it.
